When will my order ship?
Most orders are handmade and ship within 2 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders of $100 or more ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. Other shipping options and rates are available at checkout.

Can I choose a different necklace length?
Many designs are available in multiple lengths or adjustable length options. Available choices are shown on each product page.

What is gold fill?
14k gold fill is made with a substantial layer of 14k gold permanently bonded to a base-metal core. It contains significantly more gold than traditional gold plating and is designed for long-lasting everyday wear.

Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes. Each piece is made by hand in my Springfield, New Jersey studio. Because of the handmade process, you may notice subtle variations from piece to piece.

Can I return my order?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized and custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns.

Can personalized jewelry be returned?
Personalized and custom-made pieces are final sale. If there's a problem with your order, please contact me and I'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to many destinations, with rates calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-country fees may apply.

How should I care for my jewelry?
A little care will help keep your jewelry looking its best. Keep it dry when possible, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, and store it in a dry place when you're not wearing it. For material-specific instructions, visit the Jewelry Care page.
